I have Hamby for all of his Psy classes at Caldwell Comm. In Boone, NC! He's very funny and does not mind you asking questions! He is very straight forward. He's very awesome and test get easier as the class goes on!

Bobby is the coolest teacher ever. I am now wanting to major in psychology from this class. He is extremely helpful, even helped me over the phone one time. He helped talk to me not as a professor but as a student as well on my outof class problems. He is a great teacher and can be a great friend as well. Hilarious! Only class i enjoyed going to.

Great teacher. Uses lots of good examples. No attendance policy, tests come straight from the notes, he tells you what you need to write down from the powerpoints. Young and down to Earth, great guy. Highly recommended.

I have never missed Bobby's class because I love him, as a teacher AND a person. He is really clear at explaining things and has great stories that are relevant to whatever you're learning. I think he might be the BEST teacher I've ever had, and he's the reason I decided to become a psychology major. Bobby is AWESOME.

Very laid back guy, and very understanding. He really knows the material and makes it very interesting. He can always apply the subject to something you can personally relate to, making it easier to remember. Stories are always amusing. Tests are not that difficult if you actually study. Attendance not required (but recomended). HE'S AWESOME!!

Eventhough his introverted personality might deter some people from taking his class, he's an excellent teacher. He's closer to student's age and understands what we're going through. Plus, the fact that he brings his pet ferret to class is just cool.

I LOVE BOBBY!!! I loved comming to his class and he always made it interesting and I loved listening to his stories. He is also a very good teacher and if you study your notes you will be fine! and if you dont come to class he puts the notes online! I would recommend him to ANYONE! Hes awesome!!...and finally...no attendance policy!

Hamby is a great and easy teacher. There is no attendance policy, but you have to show up to get the notes which are like 8 pages every meeting. There are only 3 tests with a cd project to do. He has interesting stories and plays playstation so there is a lot of video game talk in and out of class. Above all everyone should take him.

Thought this class would be a lot easier than it was... considering I was taking several 3000 level classes. Was an ok class... not anything I hadn't learned in other psych classes. Be prepared to study for tests- a bit tricky.

I sincerely doubt hes trying to impress anyone. Hes got a lot of informations on the subjects that he teaches. You can tell hes new. Definately a teacher I would recommend if you want to learn some things and have a easy class. No attendence policy, decent tests, and not enough homework to matter.
