Professor Lawrence is one of the best professors I have had at AU! Her assignments are clearly laid out and detailed, so you will do fine on tests and papers. Her lectures topic of the class was interesting. She is such a nice and helpful lady. I recommend her class.

Professor Lawrence is hilarious and she doesn't even know it. The class can sometimes drag and she doesn't take attendance but her lectures cover probably 95% of the tests, so going is worth it. If you have the option to take her, do it. I wish I had gone to her office hours more, she's really sweet and will love getting to know you.

SHE IS AMAZING!! 2 quizzes, 2 papers and 1 research paper. midterm mand final taken in class, but attend the class, take notes and review them and you will do great!! Her lectures are very clear; she is the best professor at American.

I love Professor Lawrence. I had her for Understanding Media, and the class was very interesting. She was very funny and made the class engaging. She also is great in office hours, and truly wants her students to succeed. While she doesn't take attendance, it is worth going to class because she goes over what will be on the tests in great detail

She was super sweet and hilarious! Her class was very boring at times though. She doesn't really take attendance which was awesome. Super easy tests and quizzes. Don't need to read for class because she just does power points explaining stuff. Really great professor though. Loved her spunk!! Take C-Law!

I honestly loved this course, even if it was online! Prof. Law is a great professor and she really wants to see you succeed. It's hard to not get a good grade because she gives you so many opportunities to do well. My writing improved greatly and I hope to take a course with her again in the future.

She is sooooo nice and an excellent teacher. She has actual experience in the field of journalism, so she knows what she is teaching. The one thing is that skipping class will really hurt your grade. Best teacher I have had!

Incredibly easy teacher. Kind of monotonous and boring at first, and she does treat the class like they're in kindergarten, but as the semester goes on, she grows on you. She's very nice, and you can put forth zero effort and still get an A, I did. You won't learn anything new here, but if you need to help your GPA, this is a class to take.

She taught the one 8:30 class that I didn't fall asleep in. All of the information is current and she tells you exactly what she wants in each assignment. Handouts are given for the mid-term and final, which detail all of the terms and dates you need to know. Very reasonable...attendence recommended!
