Literally the epitome of everything you hate in an older and completely senile man. He thinks he's AMAZING for reasons unknown, says "keep going" when its your turn to talk but then speaks loudly over you every time. Rude, has made racial comments without realizing, refers to his ex and current wife as incompetent and even more so. Bad guy, avoid

he's fine. don't expect to learn a ton about macro beyond the basics. but do expect to hear a lot about his ex-wife and his new, much younger, lazy, useless wife. homework weekly, no grades until the final, but final was very straightforward.

Barely any work, if you're looking for an easy A, take him. If you actually want to learn however, his class is questionble. Good guy, funny, cares.

The textbook is 100% needed because it's the only help you will get. The actual class is pretty difficult and Professor Lerner spends more time making jokes than actually teaching. There is no midterm so your grade completely relies on the final and class participation. If you have to take this class like I did, I wouldn't recommend this Professor.

he knows accounting very well, conveying it is another story. skims over new concepts too quickly. chaotic teaching method. book of zero use. with graduate lab tech who taught better(clearer) even if i strained w/formulas i, at least understood concepts.
