She's an amazing professor that really cares about your work! Even though the class I took (CAR 120) was very project heavy and took a lot of time, she is flexible and willing to help in any way possible. During every critique she makes sure to touch upon the good parts of the work, as well as parts that need improvement.

A wonderful professor to have as a Freshman. Very encouraging and understanding. She knows her stuff and guides her students to produce top quality work. In her class we had an opportunity to work with high school art students.

Gail is a great teacher who is really interested in her students' success. She teaches a fairly simple Video Sketchbook class that flies by if you do the videos and 1 presentation. Work load is perfect and she knows a lot of video art. Great professor.

Really knows what she is doing. It takes a week or two to figure her out, but once you do she is able to inspire you to really care about her class. She gives students a lot of independence and her critiques are rarely boring.
