Miller genuinely wants everyone to succeed in his class. He has high expectations but they are reasonable. Material is taught through online lectures and he expects that students learn it at least at a basic level prior to class. Class is mostly spent reviewing interspersed with hilarious stories. Nothing but good things to say about this guy.

Took KIN505 as a J-Term. Class was comprised of videos and 11 quizzes (all MCQ, could be taken twice for better grade). Miller is hilarious, but videos are 10-20 mins long and info heavy. He provides note sheets for each video which is really helpful for the multiple choice quizzes. Very caring, accommodating professor. Great guy.

I love Miller!! Great professor who loves to tell stories but also effectively teaches the material. Always answers questions and emails promptly, really cool guy and probably one of my favorite professors that I've had.

Really great professor. Keeps class interesting and makes what would be a difficult course understandable. I definately suggest having a class with him if you can. Weekly quizes are practically tests but you'll do fine so long as you study for them.

Miller tells great stories and is super passionate about teaching. He moves the class along at a comfortable pace, with a full week dedicated to review before exams. Get out of most classes early. Just show some interest and he'll love you.
