He's a harsh grader, but he lets you rewrite the papers. He's also very nice and passionate, and class discussions were always interesting. Participation is a big part of the grade, so make sure to speak up!

I HAVE NO WORDS, ONLY EMOTIONS! I have never seen such an intelligent and caring Professor in my life. Allows to rewrite the paper. No exams. Take home essays and a final paper. Lots of thanks to Professor Entin , I have finally learned to write an Essay. Extremely interesting and easy class. Take him and you will not regret.

Entin is a really amazing professor. You can tell he really loves teaching and learning from his students. He's very respectful of everyone background and life experiences and encourages good class discussion. He gave 2 or 3 three page papers. and the final was an interview and a personal essay. Take him!

Comment:

Prof. Entin is the greatest!!!!! There were around 2-3 papers, take-home essay and final project/presentation. He is a great teacher. He gets his point across, fair grader, very welcoming to his class, answers emails and has a lot of passion when teaching which makes the class really interesting. The readings are good. Highly recommend this class.

A real gem of Brooklyn College. He genuinely cares about his students and has a great sense of humor. Very understanding about absences and late work, as long as you don't abuse his kindness. Says "dynamite" every 6 sentences haha.

His class requires a lot of reading, some that I did not understand, bt he makes sure u understand the material before u leave his class. He's very helpful! If u read the material u will pass this class. This class was one of my fav classes. He made everything so interesting. So far he's one of my fav professors! Take him u won'regret it!

Let me this first, Prof Entin is hot, i think i had a crush on him. However he's very good at what he teaches, i think he is an easy grader that is if you do the work. The material is very easy and fun to read. No midterm of final but 2 papers to write and a blog. i'll recommend him 100%, you'll have fun and you'll learn a lot. i forgot he's funny

He's nice but this was single worst English class I have ever taken. Boring is an understatement and besides for one girl everyone else either sleeped or didnt show up. Its called Modernism but he picks books not from that period on purpose. This was such a waste of time I regret taking it

He's a good teacher but I found the material boring. He is really willing to help you so take advantage if u need it. Really knows his stuff, likes discussions, tries to meet u half way. Attractive...but I don't know why lol. I would definitely recommend him!
