I've never felt more disrespected by a woman before. She's not helpful, class time is wasted on individual meetings, and I didn't learn a thing about writing. She claims to be "old fashioned" and uses it as an excuse to not use Canvas. She's incredibly transphobic as well and going to class was a stress. She won't teach you and then give you a C

Don't take her!!! I failed this class because she wants everything her way and her way only. She doesn't grade on improvement at all. Hated her class even though some of her discussions were kind of interesting. The book and attendance is mandatory for 106.

Overall TERRIBLE Professor. I have her for my fall 2014 class. She Doesn't give a grade higher than a C. She'll give it back and tell you to do it for a C+, but you will never get a higher grade. Major Feminist. She gives Massive Amounts of Work. I absolutely Hate her class.

This class was horrible. I have never had this bad of an experience with writing. She was beyond critical and even though all the effort I put in I did not get higher than a C+ on anything. She's very opinionated. Don't do essays inconsistent with what she says in class. Overall terrible experience and I would not suggest this professor to anyone.

she uses class discussions to try to get you to think which helps your writings. she is very clear about what she wants and will point out every flaw in your papers. annoying however completely helpful! my writing got a lot better having her. she makes you write about very interesting topics too.

just an overall terrible person, she is beyond feminist and is very argumentative about everything. She is a harsh unfair grader and she plays favorites in the class and it is so obvious. Do not take her if you want above a C.

This professor is VERY hard and critical, nothing is ever good enough for her. She rips every paper apart & assigns more work than any professor I've ever had. She lets you re-do papers but that's only b/c the highest grade she gives out is a C. She helps you to be a better writer but in the most critical way possible. Do not recommend.

This was the worst class I have ever taken. Nothing is good enough, and the best grade you can get is a C. Over half the class dropped this course, I wish I had. She is very critical, and mean. I wish I read rate my professor, before I took this horrible class. I put so much time into this class, and it was not worth it.

85% of the work i have received in college has come from her. She does not teach at all. She just gives 3-4 page papers due 2 times a week. She is also an extremely harsh grader. If you tried really hard you could probably get a C in the class. DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS
