Fisher is amazing! Take her for sure! I thought Brit Lit would be dull, but she's made me love it! Great feedback on papers too, but don't expect any easy A's! Also, you MUST do the reading, frequent quizzes. But it's never difficult to get that done.

She's an absolutely FANTASTIC professor. Hilarious, helpful, and makes coming to class a joy. In fact, I liked her so much that I'm taking Brit Lit with her now. She does grade sort of hard, but as long as you show improvement, you'll be fine and easily walk out with at least a B, like I did.

She's incredibly passionate and knowledgable. She let class out late every other day, but it's a small fault considering how spunky she is. Her grading is challenging without being frusterating. I definitely suggest this class. Lots of poetry.

Comment:

Definitely a hard grader, but she'll push you to do your best. You can't afford to be lazy and slack off in this class; I speak from experience. She's full of energy and likes to hop around while teaching; that never gets old. Not recommended if you're easily embarassed either.

I've taken several of her classes, and she is the best! Very passionate and funny, and she is entertaining enough to keep me awake in an early class. Take anything she teaches, but be prepared to work.

I have come to theorize after taking humanities that Dr. Fisher is a Greek Goddess incognito. She has a creative teaching style, and the words that come out of her mouth inspire my work and my heart. However, her voluptuous body often distracts me. HOT!!!

I love Dr. Fisher... she's hilarious. She has a real passion for what she's teaching, and makes the class a lot of fun. She's the self-professed hardest grader in Humanities (along with Dr. Coltharp), but it makes the good grade that much better.
