Comment:

Took Dr. P for his Stuttering class during the mini. Super easy and very straightforward class. He was passionate about the subject and gave us a variety of materials to learn more about fluency disorders. The pseudostuttering assignment made me realize how difficult it is for a PWS to go out in public. Take him!

An incredibly confused man. He reads off his slides which are confusing and every slide is a paragraph of information. He is knowledgeable but cannot explain concepts clearly. It feels like he is always winging his lectures and then says how fantastic we all did, when I feel we have learned nothing.

Comment:

Pellowski quickly became my favorite professor throughout the semester. He is a quirky guy for sure but he is sweet and wants everyone to do well. Pellowski's exams can be hard if you do not study. He is enthusiastic about teaching.

By far made me question my career track. His lectures are all over the place, its hard to pull your grade up in the class even if he says he's given plenty of fair opps to do so. Write down everything he says. He's really cool, but as a professor he made me hate going to class and learning things I, at the end of the day was unsure about.

Dr. Pellowksi can be kinda confusing in lecture and on exams, but he is brilliant and will gladly explain things to you if you ask. He tells you how to study for the exams and the material that will be on it. You don't really need the text. He takes a lot of effort to make you a well-rounded SPPA student, I learned a lot from this class.

can be extremely confusing at times but he is SUCH a nice guy and he really does want everyone to succeed. he is so willing to help you if you are struggling and is VERY understanding. tests are worded very confusing but he will go over questions that you missed. make sure you study the powerpoints and ask questions!

Easy teacher. Just study a few slides and you?ll get an A. He?s really funny. He is an odd man, but he is so nice and just wants everyone to succeed. Go to class. You don?t really do anything in class, except take a few notes. We didn?t need the textbook at all, but it is a nice little book. 3 m/c tests and one short presentation.

No other way to say it-this guy is a jerk. must be in class, and even if you are he is going to mark you as absent, and take 20 points off per day on your final grade. mostly, he talks like an idiot, then words his tests so that they are incomprehensible. no way to avoid him though. i certainly wouldn't go to grad school here because of him.

Great guy with a silly sense of humor. Took a few classes to warm up to him, but once you do, you will love his quirky ways. Really nice and pretty thourough about the material. He is really helpful when it comes to studying and lets you know what will be on the test. Great teacher, I miss that class!

Comment:

Very smart professor. One of the best lecturers on campus! Class was always fun to go to and he incorporated many teaching aids instead of just lecturing from his notes. Exams were more than fair and he made sure the classs understood everything before moving on. You are really in charge of your own grade, it all depends on what effort is put in!
