Comment:

Easily the worst professor I've had yet. She wasn't even teaching us the correct class. (She was supposed to be teaching us Criminology, but was teaching us Criminal Justice- BIG DIFFERENCE) Not only was she teaching us the wrong material, she wasn't even teaching the material she was teaching us correctly. Nothing she ever "taught" made sense.

Worst instructor at UCBA, no point of using your book because when you take your test she only grades you off of the notes she gave you. Her notes aren't anything like the book and their out dated. When she gives you notes she talks really fast and when you ask her to repeat what she said it's ALWAYS something different.

Great professor. She didnt mess around with the stupid book and make you read. She talked the entire class and you took notes. Her tests were easy if you took good notes. Pay attention and you will do great! I loved her class!

She's loud and energetic, and funny! Take a lot of detailed notes, the tests are completely note-based! The tests are difficult, mostly short answer/long answer. I took her forensics class, there was a very fun group project. Her other classes didn't have them, but they were still good classes. Study your notes a LOT, and you'll do ok.

Great Professor. She is full of energy and very easy to talk to. Taking notes is vital in her class, her exams are tough but fair. She really makes you think about the topic and encourages you to think outside the box. I really enjoyed the Current Issues class with her.

Professor Simon is a great instructor. Her quizzes and exams can be tough because they make you think. As long as you take good notes you should be fine. If you have a problem, she is very willing to help. All these other people with poor comments towards her must be lazy or just dumb because she is a very good professor and I will take her again.

GREAT PROFESSOR!! BEST INSTRUCTOR IVE EVER HAD. MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE TAKEN HER FOR ALL OF OUR CRIMINAL JUSTICE CLASSES. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TAKE NOTES. THE NOTES MAKE UP THE TESTS SO THERE ARE NO SUPRISES. SHE CARES ABOUT HER STUDENTS AND HAS A FUNNY PERSONALITY. SHE'S GREAT!!!

This is the worst CJ teacher I have EVER had! She only teaches from HER view point. Her notes are outdated, they are several years old, the pages are yellow and covered with stains from food. Her test are IMPOSSIBLE! I studied in a study group,and made note cardes for every test, I still ended up with a D in the class. She is a flaming Liberal and

She is a very fair professor. If you attend class, take notes, and study for the quizzes you should have no problem. She tells you exactly what questions will be on the quiz. Mulitiple choice come from the book and short answers come straight notes. If you write more than what she asks for you get you extra credit so you can easily get over 100%.

I am a "favorite" of Prof. Simons. She grades hard but if you r a favorite - you'll at least pass. Although I missed a lot of claases one quarter and it made her mad - got a D. She doesn't explain what is on tests. You better have HER notes thoroughly memorized!
