I am not the kind of person who shows up in the class a lot. However, I think this is the only class should have mandatory Attendance. Otherwise, there is no point for you to practice your public speaking skill. It's the only issue that need to be solved. The class is easy, and professor is good. I would recommend everyone to take this class

probably the most easy class ever! everyone in my class (mostly) got an 'A' ..some 'B' but no 1 failed. 4 presentations (but they are so easy)...online quiz are taken at home (easy) tho you don't really need to buy it. you dont' have to show up for class (i missed 10 in total & she didn't care) Great prof. You should take! EASY A.

I love professor Oulette. She's such a nice person and she's very helpful. She gives a lot of feedback. And this class will help you even afer you graduate Baruch... Take her class and you won't regret it.

This prof was great! By the end of the semester it was clear how everyone in the class improved. There was this one girl that seemed like she would cry when she had to speak. Buy the end of the semester she was one of the best speakers! It was great! Yes, you must do your work, but it's worth it. Highly recommeded.

I don`t think she is an easy professor. She is kind of annoying and gives you too much info about how to present, and this is what scares you.Also she doesn`t support you, while you are speaking.Actually there is too much speaking.We had like 6 or 7 presentations,and i don`t have any improvement:(

She is very organized, her classes are very well-planned. You will learn a lot and at the end you will enjoy speaking in front of the audience though you were heaving heart attack in the beginning. It really happens... One of the best prof. Gives awesome feedbacks how to improve. Highly recommended!!!

She is a great professor of speech. Really tries to improve students ability to present in front of an audience. Gives an in-depth analysis after ever speech which points out mistakes on which you can improve. One of her main concerns is so you improve your speeches. I saw people really improve because of her. Def take her if you have a chance.

Easy teacher and grader. Sweet and very nice. Speeches are fun and she will help you if you really can't stand in front of the class to give a speech. Although, she does exagerate a little bit too much how hard it is to give a speech which frightens people specially when she says it b4 someone has to speak. lol... take and her and you will improve!

A very sweet woman, very understanding. Always willing to help, but you do have to put in some effort on your own and try to make your speeches interesting, or at least seem like you care. I recommend highly!! I was terrified of COM but she made it ok.
