smart guy.he dislikes lazy students but loves students who are willing to work hard for the grade, come on time and pay attention to his class. I LOVE MR. KLONGERBO! I had him in high school and in college. He is seriously one of the best teachers I have ever had, he creates a bond with students to make them want to do better. He knows so much and he is the sweetest guy ever. By far, my favorite teacher.

Read the good reviews! Prof K is excellent. He pushes you & you do a lot of writing, but this class is easy if you put in the work. It's not even hard work, BUT YOU HAVE TO DO IT. He doesn't mess around with lazy students. You do the work: you read the essays, you write your essays, you show up = A or at worst a B. Great teacher who CARES!

Prof. Rossm Klongerbo is C omp teacher I recommend for everyone. He is easy going, understanding, and just a great person all around, but please don't take his kindness for weakness. Will expect you to do all your work. A hard critic when it comes to grading, but he gives great feedback. Just a teacher who deserves great students.

He's great. On the first day he gives you the syllabus and tells you exactly what to expect from the class. You'll have to write at least one essay every week, and he allows you to revise a previous essay twice during the semester. It's a lot of work, but he's really positive and helpful. I'd take him again in a heartbeat. I highly reccomend him.

Mr. K is an excellent teacher, without a doubt. He will make you write more than others do, but he will absolutely help you become a better writer. His teaching style is laid back, but he will challenge you. You will have to work to earn your A, but the effort is well rewarded. I would highly recommend his class.

Best English teacher in VCC!! I tell you by experience, I took 2 other English classes before and have to drop them. Prof Klongerbo is so clever and Funny! You?re going to enjoy the class. I had to repost because I screwed up the easiness rating. This class is not difficult. Its just alot of work which pays for itself. One essay 600-800 words is due every week. Even though its a heavy load I would certainly take him again. Too bad he doesnt teach comp 2. I learned alot in this class. If you want to learn this class is for you.

he is very picky , i was getting married and he said i could turn my essey into him late and it would be no problem but yet he still counted late. he is a little boring at some times, but very good at what he does, he just wants to make you a writer,he will make you stay the whole class until the last like three classes. i wouldnt take him again.

He was very honest early on that this was going to be a class with a LOT of work. But the work honestly pays off. He gives you amazing criticism and has very interesting lectures. I took a night class with him and never did I want to leave early. He grades you on how well your IMPROVE your writing on your essays. And your essays WILL improve.

Professor Klongerbo is an outstanding teacher. He cares about his students and will go out of his way to help anyone who is willing to learn. Be prepared to write one paper each week and a reading journal with 1-3 writings/week as well. He makes writing fun though. Loved him. Wish he taught comp 2.
