Worst teacher EVER, lectures terrible, too many stories of her grandchildren, couldn't ever even understand the graphs that SHE put up!! She never even seemed like she understood the material she was teaching. The best part of the class was when she was absent and the TA took over.

I wanted to die everytime I was in this class. She's obviously teaching child psych because her thought processes are similar to that of a child; unorganized and unclear.

Her assitant has to do everything for her, she sucks at teaching and only like to tell stories of her grand kids. her overheads are unclear and she never gets through the material . . . ever. . .

This is the worst class i've ever taken. Her lectures are terrible and she goes off on 25 minute tangents and never gets through the material. Her overheads are mearly outlines which she reads off and does not explain. AVOID SARA BURCHARD LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

The material is a lot more interesting that Burchard presents it. Her tests are really wordy and confusing and her overheads are just outlines. Take human development instead

Telling amusing anecdotes about your grandchildren does not an effective lecture make! Lectures had very little to do with reading and were boring. When I asked her if she could stick more to the academics, not the sidenotes, she said something about me not living in real life.

Only TA's really teach, and they don't have a clue. Not regular intro. course. Grading is ridiculous (out of 400 points). Practically can't fail, but pretty much can't stay awake. And you lose points if called on and wrong.

The class is taught primarily by assistants. It is extremely easy, however the class is also intolerably boring. Class participation is required, they call randomly on people the entire class period to answer questions about the reading.
