Susan was nice and taught ASL in a different way than I had been taught before. She taught it in conversation form, which I found helpful. The only downside was that she wasn't very tech-savy, but majority of work was due online and she couldn't find it or grade it. Made grading hard and complicated.

Susan is a pleasant enough teacher and my classmates are fun but all the computer work and deadlines are diff to get used to and there's not a lot of communication with Susan, I emailed her a few times and she never emailed me back, ever. I recommend the class and this teacher for ASL 111 but not anything after 112.

This teacher is smart and alot of fun in class. However, she is also unorganized and not attentive to detail as a good teacher must be. It is almost impossible to communicate with her if you have a problem because she never has time. She made agreements and broke them. I could never recommend her to anyone because of this nor will I take her again.

She is kind of a smart ace, but has a funny sense of humor. She was somewhat helpful, but the class was a hybrid with a lot of computer work, would recommend Hafer.

ASL is awesome! This teacher is NOT. The most of your grade comes from online work with so many deadlines to meet. So much to do, shes unorganized, and she isnt willing to compromise. Very strict and not much of a personality on top of that. I wouldnt take her again. Deb Kropf is cool though.

I liked Susan, she was fun, but it was a little difficult at first, but she is a good instructor over all. I would would say the only reason it was a little hard is because I took it one day a week and would prefer it more often.
