Dr. Caplea was a pleasure to be taught by. She has the most-fly outfits out of the entire Walsh University. Show up and pass! Don't listen to the other ratings!!

Professor does not teach and relies on students to teach themselves straight from the book. Students have asked multiple questions in class and professor has degraded them. Complaints against the professor seem to go unlooked.

Tests did not reflect lectures. The lectures were about 5% of what is on the Tests. Asking for help is useless. She just downgrades people. You can get better help from class mates and the tutor center.

Dr. Caplea is a super smart lady, however is a very hard professor. I dropped the class after the first 2 weeks. I started her class with a total of 25 people and everyone except 3 people dropped because she is so hard. I wouldn't suggest her, there are a variety of much easier and enjoyable professors.

I would not recommend taking any class with this professor. She is easily the worst professor I have ever had. She teaches nothing in class and then expects you to read 50 pages for homework and then take a quiz on the material that she never taught you. When you ask a question in class, she makes you feel like you are the dumbest person ever.

Dr. Caplea is a very smart woman who has a lot to teach. If you put in the time and effort you can earn a good grade in her class. She is intimidating and her tests are difficult, but she is a good teacher if you are willing to work hard!

Dr. Caplea is the WORST professor I have ever had in my life. She doesn't teach in lecture and expects you to teach the entire course to yourself. Going to her lectures is a complete waste of time. Do not take any of her courses unless you want to waste your time and money repeating the class the following semester.

I took Dr. Caplea for my first anatomy lecture course. She has an unclear way of teaching and is not popular amongst the students....for a reason. Her tests are extremely hard to study for. I wouldn't say that her class is impossible to pass because i somehow managed to, but most of my friends in the class did not. I do not recommend her.

Dr caplea does not teach the class. She will spend three class periods on one tiny subject of a whole chapter and expect you to teach the rest to yourself. Tests are very hard. She never curves even if you have a valid point, seems like she simply doesn't care.

Dr. Caplea's way of lecturing is quite difficult to understand and comprehend. you definitely need to read each chapter before each lecture or you will most likely not understand what she is teaching you. I didnt like her style of lecturing. tests are hard

Do not take as a freshman! Very difficult teacher who is unclear on what to study and frusterating in every way. Students who take her pass by only one or two points or fail! Find a different professor for anatomy!

If you are in college to learn to the fullest extent, this is the professor you will want. If you aren't willing to put in the time, don't waste it. Class had structure, discussion, and everything I could have asked for. I have never learned so much from a single course in my life. (also in the immune class)

Incredible instructor. I don't suggest her for an introductory class, but she was amazing in Immuno. She expects you to take responsibility for your learning and expects to be able to discuss like a colleague rather than a student. I loved that and had a great experience. Ask questions, but think very carefully about how you word them.

She is extremely hard for Labs. Basically if you fail 1 of 3 Labs, she basically tells you that youre screwed for the class and shoul just drop it. She makes you feel like a failure.

I love Dr. Caplea. She is very smart and explains things in great detail. Students probably think she's hard because they don't ask questions. She will explain something multiple different ways if someone just asks. Her tests a challending but not impossible. She expets a lot t of students but is always willing to help!

she's extremely hard, and a lot of it you basically have to teach yourself. i would not recommend her for lecture at all or for BIO209 lab. but she's an excellent BIO210 Lab teacher.
