It's kind of funny, nursing students want the class and professor to be "easy" but they complain that they don't learn anything. I'll tell you what - read the damn book as your supposed to be doing and practice, practice, practice! You CHOSE to further your education in nursing so stop whining and learn from any professor you can! Hard but loved it

As previously stated hound her for clarity but do not bug her too much, do not email her in shouty caps, and dont depend on her study guides. Also, read the book and google nclex questions on topics she is covering.

Goes through powerpoints very quickly so do not print them out. i would suggest investing in a tape recorder. she is very knoweable and is easy to approach for questions. she wants you to succeed! She gave study guides but do not just study that READ your book.

Anna is TOUGH! But she really cares about the type of nurses she sends out into the world. She is very intimidating but passionate about nursing. She is fair about her grading. She doesn't give handouts and is easily annoyed by people who don't seem fully invested in nursing. She is difficult but has the ability to make students into great nurses.

Anna Wilson is a funny lady, but she was constantly late, unprepared and unclear and unapproachable. If she wasn't interested in the chapter she would skim it over but expect you to know the book front to back for the final. This class requires a lot of self teaching, but content comes exactly from the book. FYI use your lab book!

Anna has 2 sides. On the one hand she is quite knowledgeable and really wants students to excel. Problem is, she doesn't have the best teaching skills. She isn't very clear on how things are to be done and gets upset when things aren't perfect. Don't slack, work hard, and hound her for clarification. You'll be fine.
