Professor Ward will always be my favorite professor in SUNY Cortland. He was honest with all of his students. He would always respond to emails. He keeps the class very entertained. Attendance is not mandatory, but do not take advantage of that because participation does matter. He loves talking about his life. He is someone I look up to.

Professor Ward is one of the best professors I've ever had. He related all class topics to real life situations which made them easier to understand. He also has so much experience in business and owning businesses so he really knows what he's talking about. Grades are only tests and participation but if you go to class & study you'll do fine

If you're not sure if you should take Brian Ward's class, you should. He is by far the best teacher I've had at college. He's got loads of real world experience (in cortland!) and relates it to everything taught in class which makes all of the concepts really easy to understand. He makes class interesting and dare I say it... fun! Easy+Fun Mr Ward

As a person, I really like this professor and the time you spend in his class is enjoyable. However, you end up teaching most of the material to yourself, he does not give out study guides, he just tells you to read the three chapters (long detailed chapters) that the test is based on. There is also one individual assignment and a group project.

He is a fantastic teacher. He is a tough grader but that is because he expects the best out of you. His class unlike most keeps me interested and participating. He has 3 tests that basically makes up your grade. 1st is easy, 2nd is very hard, and 3rd is in the middle. There are very few HW and quizzes so make sure you study for those tests.

He's my favorite professor, not just at Suny Cortland, but from my other colleges also. he's so funny, relates things to real life. Makes things easy to understand. a real gem. He's down to earth, wants to know what your opinion is, because it matters. you don't have to show up to class but why not go? He's awesome!

Prof Ward is probably the best professor i have ever had at Cortland. I will never forget all his stories that he told us to connect the material to real life scenarios. He always told us about his business LI bagel which really helped make the material clear. This man is a real gem. The class is overall easy if you go to class and review the slide

By far the best Professor I have had at Cortland. He has so much knowledge from his experience that he brings to class. He makes the class interesting as well. The test are very fair. If you study the vocabulary and go to class the day he reviews the material; you will get an A. Don't have to buy and expensive text book just a $40 binder.

If you are looking for a pretty easy class this is the one for you but you'll need to do most of the teaching to yourself since there are online quizzes every week and he doesn't cover the material until after the quiz. I don't show up to his class very often but when I do I make sure to participate. He is super conservative and loves trump.

Took me a while to adjust to him but he's a really good professor. Funny and uses real life experiences to teach effectively. Online quiz every week but if you do the online work they're easy. Don't necessarily have to go to class (no formal attendance), but participation is factored into your grade. He'll help if you genuinely put the effort in.

Brian Ward is the best professor at Cortland. Has so much real life experience in the business world, really knows what he is talking about. He is very successful so he is a great connection to have. Put in the work and your grade will reflect it, and the work is not terrible. Would definitely recommend.

Professor Ward is the best professor on this campus. He is so down to earth and constantly gives real time examples. He does teach from the power points but he always gives examples based on what he has experienced. There is a lot of reading but you will definitely walk out of that class gaining knowledge. Awesome professor
