Really nice professor. The class is somewhat difficult (but economics is tough in general) but she explains everything perfectly. If you don't understand she will clarify; you do plenty of practice problems. Do the reading, and make sure you study for the tests. If you don't study you won't do well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

She is the best! So sweet and funny, makes everything really understandable. Looked forward to her class the most out of all of mine. Take notes, they're very clear and sometimes gives study guides. If you study and do online homework, there's no problem getting an A

I love her. She is really nice and really wants you to understand what she is teaching. I have had her for other classes and would take her for every class I can. You use the book and my stat lab. You need to do homework and study. If you put work into the class you'll get an A

Loved her. Nicest teacher and was so funny some things she would say. Has such helpful videos for each chapter online and office hours were great because it was just you and her most of the time so you can ask away. Notes were so clear just you have to understand and study the concepts/graphs. Definitely try to get her.

Loved this class and professor. Prof. Benzing is very helpful and wants her students to succeed. Take advantage of MyEconLab, it is extremely helpful in mastering concepts. Pay attention in class and take adequate notes and you will do great. Definitely recommend her. Ask questions if you are stuck and she will help !

if you aren't interested in economics, this class will suck. she teaches at a good pace, and is clear on what you need to know. MUST do ALL homework. study alot for the tests. tutors are reallllly helpful also.

I thought she was a great teacher. She is so enthusiastic about economics. If you are willing to take notes, and review them before a test, there is no reason you can't get an A. Make sure you do the homework, she will sometimes collect it. Don't take her if you plan to miss a lot of class, or don't like doing homework.

i had her for fin325 and am taking her for 326..i dont understand how anyone could possible say anything bad about her..she expects results from her students but she tells u exactly what to expect on tests and is very helpful..in 325 ure even allowed to bring a "cheat sheet" for the test..just do the work and ull realize shes a great teacher

Exceptional teacher. Very tough but gives you the exact material you need to know. Tests are directly correlated with the notes and she gives plenty of back tests to study from. I loved her class....learned so much. Worked my a** off though.

She is by far one of the smartest professors at this univ. You can learn so much from her, especially in her FIN classes. She is however a tough teacher and does give a lot of work..and you can expect to put much more time into her class than other classes. But in the end it is all worth it b/c you leave her class feeling smarter than ever.
