Dolan is really cool and laid back she really likes to interact with students but wont pressure you to speak in front of class individually...quite possibly the easiest class ive ever taken,mostly online assignments...i think i went to the actual classroom 3 times all semester and still excelled.

Dr. Dolan was so helpful and understanding! I took her online sociology class and was so happy to finally meet her at the final! I can't believe at a distance learning could be so effective, but with her its great! She is a great teacher and will work with you on anything and everything!

I have had many classes with Dr. Dolan and she is a great teacher. She has a great knowledge in the field and makes classes interesting even when they are online. If you can take her I would. I wish I could take all of my sociology classes with her. Very helpful

Amazing teacher! I love her so much. She is a great teacher and she cares so much about her students. Even though she has ten year she still spends time developing her students and helping them. Her classes are wonderful and enjoyable.

I have had professor Dolan for many classes, at least seven. She is my favorite sociology teacher. Very understanding and her classes are always interesting. She is a fair teacher and gives good directions as to what she wants on assignments. Uses questions from the book so make sure to buy it! Be sure to take one of her classes, it'll be fun!

I had Dr. Dolan for 3 classes last semester and loved them all...(DEATH and DEVIANCE were AWESOME classes!)she's also my advisor...I will definitely be taking another of her classes if I can. I enjoyed learning from her, and she's a very kind person.

I can't say Dr. Dolan actually teaches this class since the class time is usually spent doing worthless group projects that have little use to a person's grade. The projects are fun but again account for nearly zero towards your grade. Oh and her study guides are pretty much worthless unless you happen to be one of her pets that she caters to. Good
