This professor is kind and very old fashioned. It is a super lecture heavy class. He wants you to read prior to every class, and he talks for the entire class time, and makes you fall asleep because he is monotoned. Few tests throughout the course and 1 big assignment and that's pretty much it. This class was beyond boring.

Professor Mongiovi is a sweetheart and cares about his students, however, please be warned that he is old-fashioned. His entire class is a lecture, and he makes you read a lot. Only had 3 tests the entire semester and the career plan project. If you get an A on the career plan and you show up for class, you're set.

Professor Mongiovi was a good professor, however, there's only 1 quiz, 1 test, & 1 project. He makes you read 3 long chapters a week & talks the entire class.... no notes, just him talking for the entire class. I was very bored & honestly did not learn much. Very sweet & funny man though!

Professor Mongiovi is the nicest professor, he truly cares for his students & understands what it means to be a student. No homework assigned, midterm, final & a project. Class consists of discussing the assigned chapter. I bought the book but you could look online for notes (studocu) and be up to date! Participate & you will get an A!

You need to show up and do the work to do well. He makes you do a career plan, which you should take your time to do. If you take 15 mins on it he will call you out on it and give you a D on the assignment. Overall Hilarious guy, would take it again in a second if I could, just because his lectures and himself are both very memorable.

Hes a nice person, we read from the textbook all the time in class. Make sure you always know whats going on in the class even if you aren't attentive the whole class. Two big tests that were fair and the career plan is going to be the best assigmnent you'll ever have.

He is a kind old man, wants the best fro you and looks to encourage both your strengths and weaknesses. You must have the book to succeed, without it you'll be like me. He really gets into his lectures and keeps you on your toes.

I'm just gonna laugh. If there ever was a greater waste of time it's sitting in this class. Honestly may be the worst professor I ever had but he's a sweet oblivious old man who means well. Has no clue what he's doing but he means well. If you want an easy A and a free change to do other work take him but don't blame me if you learned nothing

Great guy, easy class. Kinda hard to pay attention but if you read the textbook you should be good. Doesn't give a lot of assignments and when he does he gives an outline of exactly what he wants. If you pay attention and show up you should get an A.

Anyone thinking of taking management at St. John's please avoid this course all together it's a waste of a semester guy isn't qualified to teach this course and I've learned little to nothing. The guy is oblivious too I mean if you wanna sit there and watch Netflix you can while he talks to the air it's up to you

Alright Professor Mongiovi taught me nothing I could've learned more about management working a shift at BK the guy goes on and on and talks in a monotone that'll put you to sleep . probably the easiest class I've ever taken though if you want an A and learn absolutely nothing grades are based only on tests as well. Wouldn't recommend

Professor Mongiovi is one of the best professors I've had yet. He gives zero homework and makes you read none of the book but it is necessary to read if you plan to do well on quizzes/exams. 30 year plan is pretty cool too.

Mr. Mongiovi is a nice professor and means well, but he's very unclear about grading and assignments. If your not the best test taker, pleaseee dont take this class. Its all tests, no fluff work, you did bad on the midterm/final, too damn bad (basically how the class is run) He was also unclear about the career plan, very disappointing overall.

These ratings are crazy. Mongiovi has a lot of real-world experience but he's not that great of a professor. He isn't clear in what he wants, his tests have nothing to do with his lectures, and his class can get pretty boring. He isn't the worst thing ever, but I recommend you take someone else.

Dan's a great guy, and will grade beyond fairly. If you have a problem, just talk to him and he'll do anything he can! Tests and one or two projects. He has a lot of experience in the field, and loves to talk about it. Definitely take him! You learn a lot and he loves what he does!

has lots of lifetime experience regarding the subject, yet sometimes seems like he is stuck in the same chapter. Quizzes worded very confusing. All based on the book.Notices students who actively participate in class discussions.Gives one term project plus 4 quizzes. but if you show interest in subject plus read chapters - good grade for sure

Very nice and interesting. However, the lack of graded assignments sets you up for a good grade or instant failure. You must do well on the one assignment you get or you will do poorly.
