She talks the entire class. I mean the ENTIRE class length. Rips my papers to shred and I have always been told I was a great writer. Talks about pointless stuff...goes off topic at least every 10 minutes. This is probably the most boring class I'm taking and I love to write.

Lets you out 20-25 minutes early EVERYTIME! its great. She has hilarious stories and is a sweetheart. Old lady but knows her stuff. Critiques your papers to shreds but helps out a lot! I am the worse writer ever and got an A-. She is awesome. TAKE HER!!!!

She let us go early almost every class and she gave us halloween candy. She did tear apart my essays as well as every one else's. Her class is extremely boring, all she does is lecture the WHOLE class. SHE IS SO BORING! She cursed at a few students as well. She talks about inappropriate things that made the class just laugh in her face. DONT TAKE H

so this woman is horrible . those ratings below are from years ago if they are true she has definitely changed through time. she does nothing but criticize your work, try to belittle you and humiliate you. our class was put through hell we just laughed at her the whole time. if you can avoid taking her .. we didn't even have the choice

Definitely a unique lady. She has her thoughts on just about everything and can be annoyed if you dont get what she says right away or ask again at a later time. If you want to have fun though she makes lots of small talk in her classes which can be interesting. Lets out early a lot and is generally lives by the golden rule.

She's not all that bad. Professor Hansen does not really teach but just gives out assignments, which are pretty easy. She is a tough grader which makes it hard to get an A, but it is also almost impossible to do badly in the class. She knows her stuff, and if you do exactly what she says then you will do fine.

This class was horrible!! All she does is ramble on about everything not even remotely connected to writing. She is always unclear about what she wants and doesn't give you a grade till the end of the semester. This class is boring!
