I had her for Comp I and she was a pretty good professor but her lectures were very boring. She's extremely nice and approachable and willing to help whenever. I am now taking her for Comp 2 because she was good.

Comment:

Was one of the most boring professors I've had. She reads out of a book and is out of touch with all of her students. She takes forever to grade. You won't get assignments that she assigned for the weekend until it's been about 3 or 4 weeks. The papers will have red all over them also. She doesn't know how to work blackboard either. Weekend work.

She is very OLD school. Grades papers very tough. Class is just her standing and reading out of the textbook very boring. Class is not that hard but its annoying that she runs her class like a middle school classroom. No phones, cant leave class. keeps you the whole class time even if the whole class is just sitting there doing nothing.

Teacher is very repetitive. She doesn't know how to work blackboard which brought my grade down because she can't put bonus points in correctly. The quizzes are hard even though they are online and the papers will have red all over them. She also takes off points for absences. Good luck

Worst teacher ever. I took her online class and she was extremely unhelpful. She took sometimes up to weeks to email me back and did not answer any questions I had. I definitely do not recommend taking her. I learned nothing from taking this course. Worst decision ever.

I had her for Composition 1. Her husband got sick and she went with him to the hospital so we had to email our work. She gave the wrong email address and then said it was our fault for not turning in work on time. Also she told us we could drop the class but it was after the deadline to drop classes.

I took her online. It was not extremely difficult, but I do not like Lit and it wasn't easy for me. U use the book A LOT! Had 3 papers during the sem. Tons of quizzes. 3 tests. 2 bonus chances. She always emails back and is extremely nice on the phone and via email. Would I take her again yes, would I take Lit agian NO!

She was ok but very boring. You definitely will use textbook. Not extremely hard, but you have lots of work. you have to earn your grade. Oppurtunity for bonus points.Blackboard fridays. If I could go back wouldn't have chosen her.

I took Lit 1 online. She was very understanding, and answered questions whenever you need help. Just be sure to keep deadlines in mind, and you will do great in this class. Also I hardly ever used my textbook. Sparknotes and her lecture notes were enough for me to make a good grade :)

Her class is boring but can be fun if you participate in class. Also she goes by the syllabus word for unless she gets sick and the grades you get in the class are easy if you follow the direction and by attention when she lecturing.

I took the class online. She was prompted about getting assignments on Blackboard. It was a good class. I would recommend it. But don't goof off and miss your deadlines. Assignments can sometimes be confusing on exactly what she is wanting from you.

Very easy A. I liked this professor so much I had her for both English 1 & 2. You have to take Blackboard quizzes every week, but they are just easy points if you have a book! Highly recommend.

It wasn't that she was hard or anything, I just couldn't believe a professor of english would have such bad grammar and pronunciation as she did. I couldn't stand it and got a B out of frustration. If you can stand redneck talk, take her and get an easy A
