Wow I loved this class. He's a funny man. He worked for NASA so you will get so much information from him. His tests are mainly from the textbook, and his lectures run parallel but are not the exact same. Study the textbook just as much, if not more than, his lecture notes. Also, he loves perfect attendance.

Comment:

Two extra-credit assignments to boost up your grade by over 10pts. No homework. Exams are really hard and you have to use the textbook to study otherwise you'll fail. His lectures sometimes have pointless notes but are interesting. Super nice guy!

Comment:

He is a really nice guy. However, I literally didn't learn a thing during lectures and the the fact that the tests are so hard didn't make a lick of sense. If you're looking for a class to sleep or laugh in, this is it. If you're looking to learn something for your thousands of dollars, pass it!

Comment:

Kozak is one of the nicest professors I've had. I got sick before lab once, emailed him, and he allowed me to come to his office where he explained everything I missed. That being said, the lab reports are tough, especially if you aren't in his lecture class. I feel I missed out on a lot because I didn't take his lecture, so I'd recommend it.

Comment:

Kozak is the sweetest man ever, but he will make you work. All his tests are based on 3 or 4 chapters read in the textbook, so that will be your study guide. I'm pretty sure he curves all his tests, but it's an OK class. Labs are hard, but the he acutally lets the class out early every day, so it balances out.

Kozak is a really nice guy, LOVES his job. His tests arent too easy & he takes ALL his questions straight from the textbook so make sure you read it. He likes to keep his class overtime & talks way to much, but other than that hes a great prof

What a nice guy. I got an A in his class, but it's not like I didn't work for it. If you need help or something clarified, go up to him after class and talk. He's a great professor and really shows that he cares. My little sister is going to Wagner next year... I will MAKE her take him!

Great Professor! Material was very interesting because he made it interesting. I actually got up and went to the 8am class. Tests were hard but he will help you improve your grade. I got an A. Easy to talk to.

Kozak is one of the few GOOD professors and GOOD people... his tests arent the easiest and the course seems to get harder as it goes on but he is a really nice, funny(corny), caring teacher. Definitely take him. Although you'll have to study and come to class.

Tests aren't easy, but homework is bs and he gives TONS of extra credit - do them!!! trust me! 3rd lecture exam is in the museum of natural history in NYC - so cool!!!
