She really didn't care this semester so we only had one test (the final) and weekly quizes. Sometimes gave extra credit if you actually showed up. Actually, was very generous with extra credit.

I only passed her class because of extra credit. She's extremely cool and laid back but don't let the smile fool you. Her test are extremely hard and when she tells you "you'll do fine" don't believe her. Her notes aren't that helpful so be prepared to do some reading, that is if she gives you the right chapters to read. Attendance is extra credit

I did not enjoy the class much because I took it to complete a general education requirement. She gives lots of extra credit and the class is doable. You have to study hard for the tests, but they are not bad if you do so. The class makes you fall asleep, but its not bad. For the credit, I would recommend.

Professor Pritchard is great. I took her for Bio 112 which is a challenging course in general. She gives 3 tests, one group project (present and you get an A), a few group quizzes that you can use notes on, and a final. Her extra credit saved my ass. If you went to 60% of the classes you automatically got 32 extra credit points. Would recommend!

I absolutely love Prof. Pritchard. Although, her test are kind of difficult- if you study your notes you will do well. One major group project, and multiple open-note quizzes that should be easy 100%'s. EXTRA CREDIT.

This was probably the worst class I have taken yet. The tests are extremely difficult and she was constantly changing test dates and when things were do making it impossible to stay organized. You also have group assignments. The only good thing was she does give a decent amount of extra credit, which will probably be the only reason I pass.

Pritchard is really sweet and funny. Basically she just lectures during class but you must take notes. Study your notes every night if you want to do well on the test! She knows the material is hard so she gives lots of extra credit opportunities.

I took this class but dropped it after midterms. I have never studied so hard for a class. Tests are nothing like the notes and unless you have a strong background in Biology I would not recommend taking her. She posts the power points online however the tests are not reflective at all of the material. Would not take again.

I wound up dropping this class after midterms. After studying for countless hours for all of her test's and still failing, I felt hopeless. Come to find out however that I probably shouldn't have due to the fact that lab is 25% of the grade and there is a ton of extra credit. Will more than likely wind up taking her again.

She's super funny and lectures are easy to get through. Tests are straight from your notes. MAKE SURE YOU STUDY DAILY. I would have done so much better on tests by doing that. She takes attendance but is really relaxed about it. Would definitely take her again!

The first day she told us attendance wasn't mandatory. Well come the first test it turns out she moved the test date and didn't send out an email or anything. Then she told me that I couldn't pass anyways because I didn't do the group work we did in class, despite the fact that attendance is optional. She then told me to take it up with the head.

Heather is a very funny teacher. She gives notes via powerpoint and thats all the tests are. Study the notes and you will be fine. Even though my test average was an 85(45% of the grade) I easily got an A because of the amount of extra credit she gives. Group presentation is an easy 100% and there is never any homework. I highly recommend

She only gives 3 tests and a final and they're pretty tough, but also gives extra credit for showing up. Dreading going to her class because I could never pay attention to the lectures. Just reads from slides and expects you to learn from that.

There are 3 test and 1 final. Attendance counts as extra credit added to the tests. Her notes can be confusing at times because there isn't enough info on the powerpoint to help remind you of everything for the test. Tests can be tricky. Open note, 2 chance quizzes are simple and often and helps your grade. 1 group project but it is simple.

I liked Pritchard. she was super laid back and funny and made her lectures interesting. The only two things I did not like about her class was that her powerpoint were a little messy at times and she doesn't post all of them on oaks. The other thing is that her tests are tough. Do not underestimate them! She does give bonuses via poll-EV.

Attendance is extra credit. She reads from power points and there are a lot of notes to take. Tests are really hard but you can make up those points by the OAKS quizzes and attendance points. Final was easier than the tests. She's pretty funny and you can get a good grade in this class if you attend. Book never used but helpful for review.

Heater is a great professor, she isn't hard on the students and as long as you show up to most lectures she has everything ready for you. There are OAKs quizzes that only she announces. The only things you need to worry about are the Poll EV questions for participation (which you can do wherever at a certain time), and ESPECIALLY the Mid+ Final.

Pritchard has absolutely been the worst professor I have had at the College. The lectures were unclear and unhelpful, she posted powerpoints but literally deleted all of the words from them before posting them. And the tests were almost impossibly difficult. Miserable experience in this class.

She's just not a good teacher plain and simple. The test averages were awful, but she made no attempt to understand why and fix the problem. The clicker questions are really not that helpful. She is such a boring lecturer. Her test are multiple choice but the wording is confusing/tricky. Way too hard for a gen- ed that non bio majors are taking.
