Professor Broome knows what he's talking about. He has tons of time available to clarify things, and will work with you to help you understand topics. You can tell that he gets excited about this subject, but you will have to do the work to get the grade.

Huge dissapointment. Gone most of the time. Way way way too slow, doesn't understand most questions, can't fix a circuit- so dont ask, showed me how to do things wrong half the time than gave me a bad grade for it until i re-did it on my own. He'll help anywone, but wrong. He is simply way past his prime and needs to retire.

Awesome, especially for a prof over 70 yrs. old. Take his classes while you still can. When he retires, he will be missed!

I have such respect for Prof. Broome. He is the very best teacher in the department and I will miss him when he retires. He is helpful very knowledgeable about his subjects, goes above and beyond to help students. He is hard but fair. Everyone likes and respects him, I don't think I've ever heard a negative thing about him.

Greatest teacher I ever had at ETSU. Yes, he's hard, but goes out of his way to help you. If you don't learn something in his classes, it's your fault, not his...

Broome is an awesome guy; give him a break, he is also almost 70 years old! He knows his stuff and explains things well. I would take him for every electronics class if he taught them.

I think he's a helpful teacher but sometimes he can be a mean teacher. Mean isn't really the word though, tough. He's a wonderful man with a wonderful love for his students and a true passion and skill for teaching. He has been a kind and nurturing soul this past year, and is loved by nearly all who meet him. Thank you dearly, Sir! You are great!
