I personally dislike government,but he is a GREAT teacher that made me enjoy jis class. he LOVES it when u ask questions, and likes to makes jokes as well. copy his powerpoints exactly the way it is,u will pass his class no doubt. his tests are the study guide quest in differnt orders. tells u the 2 short answer questions b4 test! TAKE HIM!!!!!!!!!

He is nice and lenient in grading he is very understanding... and he keeps the class talking with out arguing about politics, which I think would be very hard. If his class fits into you schedule take it... just don't take Williams.

easy class but if you are a conservative and don't agree with him he will change the subject or say "that's all we will get into on topic A". On daily news topics he is very crafty in leaving out relevant facts on issues and doesn't like to be challenged. He has very high opinion of himself and lets you know it.He misinforms a lot never admits it.

the teacher is very helpful, gives you the answers to test in the form of study guides. Has 3 very easy test and 2 short papers. HATE government, but have really enjoyed this class. BOring lectures, but you do learn some things. IF you hate gov, then take it with johnson, he makes it funn

Worst thing: professor lectures in a monotone. Everything else about this class is great: interesting topics, 2 easy papers, great study guides. The tests contain NO surprises, since he tells you everything that will be on the tests. Prof is very understanding if you have a problem. TAKE HIM!

This class was extremely easy. i highly recommend him. Two papers that were very easy to right. The tests were right off the study guide. you dont even have to attend class just find answers to study guide questions in book and study them thats what i did and i got an A! easyest class by far. : )

I had him for American National Gov. and I'm taking him again in the Spring. He is an easy going, laid back teacher. Gives you the exact test questions in study guides..A couple of papers..Easy, interesting topics though..Grading scale is different though..I highly recommend taking his classes. =]

I loved this class! It's pretty interesting and I learned a lot! Since he makes it so easy to get an A, his grading scale is different. You have to have a 92 for an A, if this is a problem, then don't take his class. There were 2 papers and 3 tests. He's an easy grader on the papers and he gives you the EXACT test questions. Highly recommend him!=]

I had him for State and Local Govt.He is passionate about government and want you to be as well.He explains the material in a manner that is easy to follow.The class is an easy A if you read your study guide before you go to class. The study guise has all the answers to the test, and he answer all of the study guide questions in class.Great Teacher

This is the best political class I have ever taken. Very easy to understand. Very nice guy who only wants his students to walk away from his class with a little more interest/ knowledge than they came with. Unlike most teachers that expect you to be an expert at finals. This class was one of the best ive had so far at BCC. Definitely recommend him

His American National Govt. and State and Local Govt. classes are extremley easy. For both classes, you get a study guide that goes with your text book and the questions from the 3 tests you take are WORD FOR WORD directly out of the study guide (he even tells you this). I played gameboy for 99% of the whole semester and still got an A.

He was a nice guy but we had some retarded girl in our class that ruined it. She constantly interrupted him and asked him nonensical questions. He used to make jokes but stopped because he was afraid of proviking her to say anything.

He's a good teacher, VERY patient, but sometimes a little fast-paced through the material. Just take down his notes, and pay attention, and you can do just fine on the tests. Makes sure to start the research paper early!

Nice teacher. Sometimes teaches at a pace too fast for the students to follow, and sometimes the conversations can tangent, but the class is easy enough. If you have any problems with the material, he'll stay after class and help you as much as possible

funny guy... watch for his jokes. Not too hard, just study the study guide and work on the research paper early in the term and you'll be fine. Only annoying thing is his grading scale.
