Comment:
It is very hard to stay focused during class. He speaks very soft. But Calc 3 is also very boring. However, I do not believe he grades his own tests. It is done by the department and they are RUTHLESS grades. You are much better off taking calc 2 and 3 at a community college and transferring the credit.

He's a pretty good professor, but he talks a little softly, so it's better to sit up front and pay attention. He goes through the material thoroughly and lets you get help from him during his office hours. He also offers puzzles for extra credit and gives quizzes every week. As long as you understand the material, it's a pretty easy course.

Comment:
Well, he is a good person outside of class. MATH115 class was very confusing, his voice is too soft and very hard to hear and we did so many different things at once. The good thing is that he follows the book really closely and that is how you pass his test. MATH116, is just a waste of time, we don't do anything useful.

Comment:
Talks very low, even in the front row. Most of the class gave up because it's uninteresting and don't even show up. Only a handful of kids either get what he's teaching, or try and participate. However, he's a nice old man and tries to be fair and helpful. He confuses himself and the class more times than not. He did change a grade for me

Comment:
He's unclear and confusing, so much that he confuses himself. Also, constantly confuses our class with his other classes, and mixes up work we handed in with other people's work.

Great guy, found a mistake with my grade and fixed it for me. cool jolly guy, that tries to relate calc 3 to the real world as much as possible. he helped more and more throughout the semester to prepare us for the exams. and my grades always went up since the first common. i say take him, hes great, and is sure to teach to his full potential.

CLEAR, smart, cool guy. he's very helpful and i could tell immediately after the course evaluation, he changed his approach, and made it his priority to prepare us for the exam, instead of spend a lot of time on theory. and it worked well. i still dont know how he'll curve the grades, or how lenient he'll be with the final, but hes a great guy.

very good teacher, he likes to explain the ideas behind things as much as possible, alot of people do not like this and only want to memorize the steps of the problem to do well on the test, this is not his style. He made the class easy and would recommend him if you can deal with a some what slower paced teacher.

He's helpful and does review sessions. He's also very understanding and wants you to do well. Unfortunately, he's often unclear. For 113 he has an online textbook with confusing errors. Overall... he's a nice guy, do the work and show up.
