Comment:
Her lectures felt long to me just because the material itself wasn't really exciting. The exams were online so it's best to make friends in the class, also the material on the exams are mostly all in the book. she expects you to read outside of what she's telling you because she's only giving a main outline.

Her exams and quizzes don't always reflect what we learned in class. It can be frustrating. If you go to her office hours she'll help with pretty much any question and help you know what to expect. Don't waste your money on the textbook-never used. Homework is easy points with unlimited attempts.

Lecture was essentially pointless. A couple quiz questions came from it, but she doesn't teach anything that will be on the hw or exam. It's much easier than 201, don't get me wrong. Getting a 100 on every homework was easy. It would tell you the answers after getting it wrong the first time so you could redo it. HW is a majority of your grade.

I didn't do a project, never got above an 86% on an exam, and still ended up 2% away from an A. If I hadn't forgotten (read- gotten a zero) a project I get an A without learning ANYTHING. Every portion of the class is online. I went to the first day of class and that was it.

However easier than 201, I did not attend class ever. It is pointless. She lectures the whole time no PowerPoint or notes. Class is all online. Online tests are still hard even being open book. No final. Lots of homework.

All tests are now taken online through MAL so you can have your book and notes right beside you as you take them, and everyone automatically gets 25 bonus points. Pretty impossible to not get an A, but you can tell she doesn't seem too excited to be teaching and often times repeats herself in lecture.

You should drop out of college if you can't get an A in this class. I never went to it and never got above an 85 on any of the five tests (only a 68% on the last one) and still had an A. Just take all the extra credit quizzes and don't put off any of the tests until dead week.. Her classes are taught directly from the book. Easiest class I've had in college.

took her over the summer and there wasn't any extra credit. subject matter seemed simple and easy, but wording and context on the tests made it pretty tricky. she didn't review the tests with us or even give them back, so you have no idea what you did wrong or how to improve. I settled for a 'B' out of frustration, and I'm usually an 'A' student

Cooper is a joke. Tests are optional and can be left till dead week if you choose. She gives like over 50 points of extra credit quizzes. You don't have to go to class, buy the book, or study really because you can easily cheat with your neighbor because she just reads the paper up front the whole test. Got an A without trying.

One of the worst professors I've ever had. Make no mistake about it, the only reason students like this class so much is because she makes it nearly impossible not to get an A or B. If you actually want to learn and understand the material then take someone else.

Keeps class interesting despite the dry subject matter. The sheer volume of XC available will make up to 2 letter grades' difference in your final grade if you choose to take advantage of them.

Mrs. Cooper is a great teacher. She gives extra credit quizzes. You don't have to attend class, but I would still go. If you don't want to go to class, just make sure you check Bb everyday. It's an easy B if you don't try hard, a definite A if you put forth effort.

Cooper is a very good professor. Gives you incentive to do the work on your own but also makes it easy to get an A. Just go to class to take a few notes and find out when the (almost daily) extra credit quizzes are and you will get a B without trying, probably an A.

Extremely nice teacher but her classes are BORING! She tell's you the first day she basically doesn't care if you eat, sleep, or don't come to class. I went probably a total of ten times and received a 92%. Basically check blackboard everyday just to see if there is an extra credit quiz. Even if you bomb a test or two, these can bail you out!

An ok teacher--she reads off powerpoint slides and gives a few examples. You have a test after every 2 chapters, making a total of 5 tests. With each chapter, there are optional extra credit quizzes worth 5 points each. Do them. You'll get an A. I got a C in ACC 201 and I have an easy A in this class.

She pretty much sucks, reads straight from the power point, useless really to go to class. However it's very easy to attain an A or B because she gives a crapload of extra credit. There's 6 regular tests over 2 chapters each and then the final is optional.

USELESS. Don't bother going to class. Like the others said she doesn't even teach and just reads the power point slides...which you have to buy because there is no possible way you could write it down. Tests are impossible and I swear she tries on the last test to bump everyone on the border down...
