I've had many classes with Dr. Leiker. Strongly recommend taking any of his classes. Dorky sense of humor that you either love or hate. Very helpful outside of class and wants to see students do well. Pay attention in class and you'll do fine on exams.

so easy. didn't pay any attention in class, all the powerpoint slides are online. lab portion of the class was also very easy. he only takes of a tenth of a point for wrong answers on labs. easy grader on quizzes too. drops lowest 2 labs and quiz grades. get bonus points for not missing too many classes. great GPA booster

He is a great professor and he would give you the weather report in each class he taught. He quizzes are pretty easy, once you know the material. You have 13 quizzes, but will drop the 3 lowest. He also awards you if you have very good attendance and could raise your grade by having perfect attendance!

I really dont get why people give this guy good ratings. He is ridiculously not funny, and crued. I think he is one of the most unapproachable teachers I have ever had. I mean take it to get your lab science out of the way because its not hard, but seriously...this guy...

AWESOME professor!! Hands down one of the best at WSC, and also one of the funniest! Easy tests if you take notes in class, plus u can skip the last test if you have an A in the class. Labs aren't difficult and usually only take 30 minutes or so. Too bad he's retiring - I'd definitely love to take another of his classes!

Leiker is a good teacher, very organized, 13 quizzes, drops lowest 3, but in physical geography he gives 7 quizzes and drops lowest 3, so he gives u an oppurtunity to do well, straight lecture but hes one of the funniest professors on campus, flat out the guy is the man im sad to hear he is retiring

leiks out!!! hes the man. i just sat in class with my headphones on and i still got a A in the class. seriously though, i found this class interesting and it was very easy as well, dont be scared of the lab, most of the time i finished in like 20 min. If you like destruction and disaster then you will fit perfect with leiks. He is the man.
