You have to kiss his ass to get the mark you want. He doesn't grade fairly among students and doesn't seem to have a guideline he follows when marking. If you question your mark on something, he gets angry and belittles you until you stop fighting it. He drags his class out for two hours and talks about himself A LOT.

Just likes to talk about himself and how great he thinks he is. Also claims to know every writer.. And David suzuki. Pretend to be fascinated and don't notice that it's the 10th time he told the same story and you'll do fine. Don't even need to buy the book or do any of the assigned readings. He'll never notice.

Grades are based on how much you pretend to be interested in him. Lectures are a complete waste of time, he teaches nothing and makes it mandatory. Gives crazy low grades. He gave me a B, took it again with a real prof and got 92. He needs to retire.

Don't waste your money on the $130 textbook, you won't need it. He just looks up Sparknotes anyway. Going completely deaf but doesn't want to admit it. Having to repeat everything and not ever getting your questions answered (because he answers what he THINKS he heard) makes this class even more dull than it already is. D-

Worst excuse for an english teacher that I've ever had. I haven't learned a thing and I'm not being graded fairly. I got the highest mark in the province for my English 30-2 deploma exam for 2007 and now I'm sitting at 78%. This is rediculous. This man needs to retire.

Ken does care about his students, easy person to talk to and fun to listen too, but his marking has no guidlines. He has this rule, if your not happy with your mark talk to him 24 hrs later, he still doesn't do anything about it!! he needs to change his guidlines of marking, determine if he is a hard or easy markers! marking allover the place!

Ken is a good and caring person. Can tell he cares about his students. However his style of teaching is way outdated. He does not use the class time to its fullest potential to benefit the students learning. He constantly repeats himself as well as the material that he has already covered. No guidelines when marking. However he is an easy marker.
