Penny doesn't stay on subject very often and when she does, she sometimes assumes that everyone already knows all the basics. Her assignments were often not clear, and she hardly ever knew what she was doing during lab.

Goes through notes very fast. Multiple times when a student asked her to repeat, she told them to look it up and figure it out on their own. Knows the material but doesnt teach it very well.

unbelievable. she plays favorites more than any other teacher i have ever known. and if you aren't one of her favorites then she for sure will try and screw you in some way or another. a very mean spirited, and unitelligent teacher. thinks she is smarter than everyone else and it shows, which she obviously is not since she can't teach anyway.

In my opinion, Penny was not much different than Dr. Robinson. Both were too hard for a 200 level class. Oh, based on what I heard Robinson left for more money and that the college offered him a position he turned down. IC don't pay enough to any prof I think
