I really liked her. I normally agree with reviews on here but not with this professor. Those who say she isn't helpful must have not actually asked for help. I had a few questions about one of my speeches and she told me exactly what she wanted and gave me some starting ideas. The only thing wrong with this class is the waste of money on the book.

Professor Popkave is amazing. She is very kind and if you ask for help, she will help you. The class is fairly easy, all you do is write and present speeches.

Awful professor. She comes of very rude. Just do as you're told and show up to class and you should be able to pass. Doesn't use the text at all and the outlines for speeches are a bit ridiculous. Also she's a REALLY slow grader. If you can take another speech professor, do so.

There is no way I can possibly explain everything I hated about this class in the limited number of characters they have given me. The only thing I can say is the expectations were ridiculous, we never used the book, Popkave gave little help and if she doesn't like you, she will find a way to fail you. RUN AWAY FROM THIS CLASS IF POSSIBLE!

Dreaded this class all semester! Popkave may be a nice person outside of school but in class makes no sense. We taught ourselves,didn't use the txt & literally every week a speech was due. Outlines are ridiculous!I passed by the grace of god,didn't learn a thing except don't say "uhm."Doesn't clarify herself & you can't approach her for help.

I took her class in the summer and based on these ratings, I had no idea what to expect. She is a nice woman and you can tell she cares about her students and wants them to succeed. Follow the outlines and guidelines that she gives you for each speech and you should be fine!

The ABSOLUTE WORST prof I've had in my college career so far. She expects nothing less than a perfect score (which you will never recieve) and refuses to help you because "you should already know what you're doing." She walks around the classroom wheezing everywhere, telling tales about her son. She is completely unreasonable and WILL fail you.

KimAlyse = wonderful person and teacher. The begining of this class I said to myself,"What was I thinking" by the time the end of the semester came along I loved it! Do as you are told and if you don't understand, approach her she is more than happy to assist you. To her there is no dumb question. Her job is to teach and she does it well.

This professor is a whack-job! If you can take another teacher, make sure you do! I am taking her now, and she is a complete idiot and makes you do crazy stuff for speeches. She also gives you too much work, especially the group project she makes you do. I did not know that "want-to-be Donald Trump" taught this class!
