I had her about eight years ago, but just read a few comments that she was hard. Yes, she challenged us like we were heading for a university and wanted us to think and write clearly. She did that for me and it helped me be a successful student.

Professor Danziger is an incredible teacher! She has great insights and stimulates excellent discussions. Her homework is totally fair and gives you the chance to sharpen your writing skills while savoring these exquisite works of literature. Plus she taught me all about Guy Fawkes day. ha.

Don't be bamboozled by some of the negative swill contained here. Professor Danziger is warm, charming, insightful, and extremely supportive of student interaction. She has a genuine love for the material and the discussion of it. As for too much reading: not by a long shot; welcome to college.

She's actually serious about the subject so if you wanna slack off don't take her class. She's not hard, but she does expect you to make an effort. Chooses great lit to read and encourages participation, lot of writing, gr8 class for lit freaks
