Dr. Bell is a great professor overall. He has always helped with any questions I have had. He makes you work for your grade, which I admire because he challenges you to be your best. It's not an easy class so if you don't like hard work you won't like this class. It's challenging but if you read and work hard, you will make an A.

Bell displayed wholly unprofessional conduct throughout the course...mocking students, playing many videos from the 1980's and while the videos played, would go in his office and close the door to conduct his sideline rental property business or call his stock broker to buy and sell stocks. Bell has not kept current should have retired 15 years ago

Dr. Bell is the best professor that I have ever had. He really does care about his students and gets to know each of his students. Sit in the front row (its considered the 'A' row). If you want an F sit in the back. Tests are the hardest I have had here at Tech but if you study the material, you should know all the answers.

Horrible class. he hasn't changed his test in over 20 years so they are not even over whats in the book. the entire class period we talk about our opinion on diff. topics. completely useless class. test questions are completely random. if you asked me what to study for..i couldn't tell you. unless you have to take this class, i would not advise it.

Dr. Bell is probably the best professor I ever had at Tech. He actually cares about his students and will help you with anything you need. He doesn't take attendance but knows if you aren't there. You have a short quiz over every chapter. Tests are pretty tough but ok if you actually study. Show up to class and pay attention and you'll be fine!

Dr. Bell is one of the best teachers I've had since I've been at Tech. The material is a little tough, but if you read the chapter every time he assigns it and participate it discussion you'll be fine. He's good about cracking jokes about students to liven the class. We had a lot of hard laughs. Highly recommended.

He is a very compassionate man, believes in what he teaches and gives humor to the subject matter. He is big into discussion and involves the whole class. Don't miss class and DO NOT bring your cell in there or he will ask you to leave. 2 tests and reading quizzes for 10%. He is a very good professor and it was a fun elective for senior year.

Make sure you read the book when he tells you to. He never really tells you whent he quizzes are, but there is one a week. He is very rude to students who arrive late or dress trashy. He will call on people every day to answer questions, its how he does roll call.

Very hard class. Would not recommend it until he retires. I showed up every day and he made fun of me and treated me like I was an idiot. If he likes you he won't treat you as bad. Some of the kids he would joke with, and others he would just call out and make fun of. He needs to retire!

Great teacher becuase he knows the material. Tests are rediculously hard. You must prepare weeks in advance for test due to amount of material on the test. If you dont read tha chapters, YOU WILL BE SCREWED!

i love this class. dr bell can get a little anal sometimes. ALWAYS read the chapters he tells you to read or he will get realllly angry. his quizzes come right from the reading so be sure to read. there are only 2 tests the whole semester
