Professor Brewster is one of the best professors I've ever had. He is caring for his students and is helpful to in class problems and out of class problems. This class is an easy A if you follow his method of getting ahead & staying ahead. Professor Brewster preaches this from the first day of class, and if you follow it you will enjoy this class.

I've had Brewster twice already. One for Business Comm and the other for Comm for Execs. He is a very simple professor and knows the subject matter at hand. Read the chapters assigned, participate, and do your work and you will get an A. Put as much effort as you can because he will noticed that even if you bombed his exams or midterms.

Took the summer course 3 days a week 5 weeks. Two formal speeches and one quick one after midterm. Easy class if you do your work. Prepare for speeches and you'll do great. Midterm was tough but he curved at the end of the class. We always got out at least a good 45 mins early which is nice when it's a night class.

Professor Brewster is amazing to keep you on your toes & force you out of the fear of public speaking. He is very helpful and his class changed my entire outlook towards public speaking. After his class, my fear converted into genuine excitement to present or speak in public. One of my most memorable class experiences to date. Def recommend.

I can honestly say with 100% certainty that I have not learned a single thing from him. He doesn't take attendance, cancels class for any reason, rants mostly about nonsense and may bring up a tidbit from the textbook. There are 3 quizzes, 1 midterm, 2 lone presentations, and 1 group project. Read the textbook and maybe you will learn something.

The people rating him with these fantastic marks and carrying on took him in the summer. He probably cared less about teaching than he does now (which would be hard). BEWARE do not register for this class. I wish I could type more than 350 characters, but unfortunately I can not. Save your time, money, wasted effort

Great Professor, make sure you take notes. class work is very easy if you put time and effort. Gives you choices on the edition of the textbook he uses in class. Got my book for $1.99. Learn a lot loved the class

TERRIBLE! Got an A but didn't learn a THING!!! Follows stupid textbook to avoid knowledge sharing and talking. Falls asleep during presentations and assigns random grades. Full of himself and keeps referring to his position a lot - sign of professional weakness! Easy A but he's supper supper annoying!!! terrible at communication himself

Professor Brewster is an excellent person. He understands your hard work and try to make your life easy as possible. I did not like him in the beginning, but at the end of the semester, comparing his class to my other com classes, he is easy grader and fun to attend his class. He gives you the directions and rest is on you. Take him if you can.

Absolutely the worst professor I have ever had in my entire educational career. Minimal direction given to assignments. Took notes every single class and still got a D on the midterm (comes out of nowhere) BEWARE! Do not take Brewster, he is arrogant and an adjunct professor, he only cares about making his train on time (9pm class)

Not sure where do those good ratings and comments come from. Two group presentations, One 10-page report, one page memo, many quizzes and one midterm.A lot of work!!! It's definitely not an easy class. Hes full of himself and has favorites. So stay away or you will regret!
