Prof Gilbert is the best math professor I've ever had. She makes everything so easy to understand. She is very reasonable and if you complete all the homework you will do great on the quizzes and tests.

GREAT Professor +person. Kindest Professor I have had. She cares and will listen to class suggestions on homework or test dates. She is meticulous in corrections and class overall understanding. Only thing I could have done without would be her use of My Math Lab. Don't skip, and try, she will recognize that and you will have a great semester.

She was SUCH a good math teacher! I wasnt expecting to do so well in a math class because I never was good in math, but she is very good at explaining all the material. Although she moves very quickly, she is willing to give extra help during her office hours! I wouldnt mind taking her again!!

Professor Gilbert is a very good professor. If you miss class, it won't hurt your grade, but you will need to get information from your classmates. The homework is excessive, but she warns you if it'll be graded. She is a very nice woman.

I have never really had a good math teacher until her. She goes out of her way to make sure her students do the best work they can. She always goes over work as much as necessary and she gives the benefit of the doubt when grading. Easy grader, she is very nice and even when people interrupt class and come in late or leave early she isnt mad. Take

The BSU math chair has extremely high expectations and basically a years worth of precalc has to be covered in a semester so the class moves at a fast pace. Professor Gilbert is there to help you outside of class and is the best of the choices in precalc professors. The final exam is also very hard because the BSU math chair makes it.

She is HORRIBLE for precalculus. Comments below say "take if you're bad at math." I cannot disagree more. She is awful for students who are bad at math. She goes through A CHAPTER PER CLASS, then assigns hw. The pace of the class is impossibly fast. She then is quick to blame it on the math dept. Sure, she's a nice lady. But NOT a good professor.

I LOVED professor Gilbert. Tons of extra credit. I am horrible at math but with her help I got above 100's on most of the tests and quizzes. Easy grader. She's such a sweet heart and I wish I could take her for 114 this next semester but she doesn't teach it! :( TAKE HER IF YOUR'E BAD AT MATH!!!!

Very Very nice lady! I have always hated math and have always been terrible at it. With Prof. Gilbert's guidance I am not so scared of math anymore. Great Teacher take her if you can!! Breaks down material, lots of homework, quizzes and test, but it was all very helpful.

Such a sweet lady, but class over all was a bit easy for me. Most of the class I was snoozing in the back but that is just because I took higher level math classes, but I felt that she was a good teacher to my peers who needed this math refresher. Gives a TON of extra credit!! Nice nice nice lady cant say any bad things!

AWESOME. I hate math so much it makes me cry, she explained everything in multiple ways to make sure everyone understood it. Homework was easy and she went over everything. Props to her for teaching freshman skills, imagine teaching a class NO ONE wants to be at? She's an amazing woman honestly. Nice, sweet, brought us food, understanding, great!

This teacher is too nice for words. She loves teaching and she LOVES her students. She does a lot of online HW and is clear and concise with her teaching. Attendance is mandatory but she makes this class. I wish more teachers were like her. She knows this is a tough class and will help as much as she can. She follows her syllabus perfectly.
