Comment:

Not very interesting lectures, but she is very nice and tries to bring in interesting speakers for different religions. Requires a lot of busy work, but it is not hard. Gives study-guides for the tests, which tell exactly what will be on them. Lots of extra credit opportunities! Would be easy to get over a 100%. Highly recommended!

She is awesome! If you do all the work, and show up, you should get an A. She is also extremely helpful and will inform you what your grade is and if you are missing something. Such a sweet person and an awesome professor. Attendance is mandatory, so come to class. She is also easy to talk to. Take her!

Comment:

Nancy Phillips is a very sweet lady, and her class is really easy. She gives you a study guide before tests, and she puts powerpoints and notes online, so you don't really have to pay attention in class. She's not the most interesting teacher, but if you are looking for an easy class, take her.

Rev. Phillips' class is pretty easy, but the tests cover a lot of material. As the year went on, I found that I could put together a study guide the night before the test, and then review it a couple times before the test and do well on them. Key: know the chronology! The timelines take quick memorization and give you 18 points. Take her!

This class is very easy.Nancy is a very nice lady and she is great to talk with outside of class. All you have to do is review a day or two before the class and the test will be fine. On the 2 group projects you grade yourself basically. Show up and get on her good side and the class will be a breeze. Class is really boring.

Ms. Phillips was extremely easy. Many of the people in my class were in sports and I don't think anyone didn't get an A. She is very fair in the way she discusses the material, she didn't shove certain doctrines down your throat but presented all the material in a culturally sensitive way.

The information is so general, I knew everything before I took the class! Never opened any of the books. I'm not even sure how some of it was relevant. Nice teacher, but busy. I was sick, didn't study and still got a 99 on the tests. Bubble tests! Insanely boring. I wish I'd known of sudoku back then because I would've played that instead.

Very easy, but kind of boring. Never did the reading because the study guide gives you everything you need to know for the tests. If you write something for the writing assignments you get full credit. Projects are easy as well.

Super easy. You know it's easy when you walk in there and see half of the class composed of basketball players or other "athletes". Because they are all told who the easy teachers are and who aren't. However, Dr. Phillips is super nice, and you do learn a lot too.
