This is for the death and dying class. Nancy seems to teach about many things in this class that are off topic. She does not do too well following her own syllabus and creates many assignments as you go. Not happy with the homework load from her. Not really learning anything in this class it really feels like a waste of time. Notihing useful.

This is an acting class! What I mean by that is you have to act like you are interested during class. You have to falsify your opinion and act like you give a crap in your essays or she will grade you harshly! This is a busy work opinion class with nothing to gain to offer a future employer! There are no skills to learn just tons of homework.

She does not give a crap about your success in the class. I emailed her several times to see if she received my assignments via email. She never responded. At the end of the semester I had no idea where my grade standing was, so I emailed her again, she said she would not be able to tell me. I ended up failing the class because of her laziness.

Are we done with the endless essays yet? WOW its like Im back in high school taking a bust work English class. we can "BS" about authors and theories all day and this info will never be useful in the real world. She does not grade fairly and requires TONS of out of class reading! VERY impractical teacher and very unfair. Glad she is retiring!

She is a busy work teacher for sure. She is pretentious about what she "thinks" she knows ans preaches it as facts. If you share different points of view with her she will hurt your grade. This class is based on her subjective opinion and nothing else. She is retiring after this semester so I guess nobody will have to be patronized by her again.

Nancy is sweet and helpful, she is willing to work with you. It will always drive me nuts when a professor requires attendance as part of your grade so I can't say I loved her because she does but she is still nice. Her tests are easy if you study the terms she gives for each test. Doesn't require a textbook which is awesome!

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME. One of my favorite classes. Nancy is very knowledgeable in the humanities field, and she makes learning interesting. Her papers are super easy, and if you study, her tests are too. Please take this class.

I loved taking this class. I am a mom, with two little boys at home, and I work part-time at a hospital. I LOVED going to class. She is so passionate about what she teaches, and she makes her class feel that appreciation and enjoyment in what we are studying. Her tests do require you to study, but isn't that what the point of college is, to learn?

Nancy is awesome! I never had a huge interest in the Humanities until I took her class. She is very knowledgeable, and makes class interesting. You only write 3 papers, and she grades them super easy! Her tests are not hard at all. I definitely recommend her. Easy A for sure!

She is a pretty good teacher. She knows what shes is talking about and is good at explaining things in a way that your average person can understand. I took humanities from her, and the class was pretty easy for the most part. She graded the papers pretty easily, and test werent super hard, but you had to study if you wanted a good grade.

Really nice but scatter-brained nonetheless. I was never sure exactly what would show up on the test. All in all it was easy if you did the reading and paid attention. Requires attendance.

The tests are really easy, but she makes you do cultural reviews, and doesn't really explain the assignment, and it seems easy but when you get the papers back she grades really hard.
