AVOID HIM at all cost! Does not know how to explain a thing! Loss of time and money. I've learned nothing and I relly wanted to b/c phy is pre-req to med school (and I am a VERY good student)I got an A thru re-writting ton books and writing ton of useless homeworks. Oh extra credit if you go to some cultural events (impossible for working people!)

Haha, phy114 definently ranked up their with one of the worst classes I've ever taken in my life. seriously, the tests are ridiculous, i'm not even sure how I got a B. If you want to hate college, sign up for a class with professor kramer, and I guarantee you will be the most miserable person ever.

I don't think I've ever despised a professor quite like I do this guy, and that says quite a bit. But in respect to the guidelines, I can say this: Prof. Kaplan, here's some things you can do. One throw away your ridiculously confusing internet system. Two try to actually TEACH for a change and spare us the microphone. Three lighten the workload!

Most horrible professor I have had yet. Attempts to create a online system that gives students easy access to assignments but makes things WAY too complicated, and you will lose points for any kind of tardiness. Lets students basically conduct class, everyone must speak. Shy persons nightmare! Simply horrible system of teaching. Steer clear of him.

So much work involved, he doesn't teach the class, the students run the whole thing. You have to talk every single class infront of everyone with your group and a microphone. Dont take if you are shy! Do the work, go to every class, and you'll get an A.

His take home tests are pretty hard but I busted my ass working on them and my lowest test of the 5 is a 97. Yet, still I'm getting a C in the class. You can do amazing on all his tests (which should be the most important as it reflects your knowledge of the subject) and his projects but still get a C if you miss 3 or 4 classes. YEAH THAT MAKES S

OMG, worst teacher in the world. You will learn nothing all he does is show pics of himself. Lots of hw but easy dont miss class or your grade will be affected. Gives 3 Take home test and 2 in class test hard to pass them. Test qs dont even make sense. Horrrible dont take him.

Omg...hes absolutely horrible. If you expect to be taught something in this class...your dead wrong. Hes nice if you approach him with a problem but dont expect anything else. He asks you to read every chapter and never goes over anything. Terrible...

its def possible to get an A because i did. However u have to work your ass off to get it. alot of work is given out and the open book tests are nearly impossible to get an A on. He doesn't teach but the class is fun in a way because it is a joke.

Kramer is crazy! He is a good teacher though(in his labs where he actually teaches). His class routine is not helpful for the students learning. I felt that I did not learn any of the material, but I figured out silly ways to present a tiny detail of it. When the tests came I was in trouble!
