He is the best professor ever I have never seen before. Please take him for this semester for ENGR 2160. He always help you to solve the problems. exam is not in class, but he gave only take home exam, and it is easy to figure out the solutions.

He is very good professor. He also gave the correction on the board for first and second problems that was hard to solve. please take him for this semester ENGR 2160. He gave the helpful homework, and he gave the take home exam for mid term and the final exam those are not hard ,and we can do it easily.

Best professor I've had to date. Very helpful and knowledgable, does a good job connecting in-class material to real world examples. He's flexible and easygoing, just do the work he assigns and you'll make it through the class. Would definitely take again.

Made a difficult course pretty easy by not over complicating things. Wish he taught more math courses. He brought practical use to problems in the course which made the class feel like it had purpose. Greatest professor I've had yet at CCRI.

Phil is incredibly knowledgeable and has tremendous work history to draw from. He's notoriously easy, however quite a bit of that is due to how well he teaches. Tests are usually open book, but if you don't understand the concepts, open book in his classes usually won't help you. One of the best teachers I've ever had.

Dr. Miller is the of the best math teachers i ever had! He makes sure that everyone one in the class knows how to do the work..He is also a very down to earth and has a good sense of humor. Dr. Miller is one of the best math teachers to take BAR NONE!!

Nice and easy class. Phil is very understanding and doesn't mind things like late work and make ups. Tests aren't bad and can usually be done in 20 or so minutes. However, he likes to throw long problems in there too, but nothing unmanageable. homework is short, about 9 problems a week, tough some are long. overall it was a good and enjoyable class

He is absent sometimes, and lets you out early. You watch a lot of nice movies. He is a VERY NICE guy. Definately charismatic. Tells nice stories about his family. Easy A in the class as long as you do the work. Very nice guy and helpful. LOVE HIM.
