Professor Coughlin was an amazing instructor. He was very lenient, and always extended due dates if you had something going on that would interfere with your work. The assignments were great, and the quizzes were short. Overall, one great teacher.

Very hard but easy class. Lot of talking instead of teaching. Know more about his younger days than class subject. Was out for a while for surgery so had a few different substitutes which made it hard but worked out well in the end. GP

Would not recommend this class, only as a last resort. His grades are universal chances are everyone got close to the same grade. Very hard to get an A. Otherwise, his lectures are amusing and he cracks a lot of jokes.

Coughlin is great. He has a great sense of humor and wont teach a bunch of BS that has nothing to do with what you need to know. All his notes for the test are right out of the book and exactly what he will test you on. Definately great.
