He went to Columbia, is caring about our mental healths. He did not mind that I sent in my essays late. Overall, nice person. Only thing I disliked was he could never pick someone to speak. So, it was a war zone of students randomly calling out to get their participation grade. Lots of reading and analysis.

good teacher, once you get over the accent you should be fine. heavy reading, but he doesnt require that you do all of it intensively. just have something to say in each class and you should be fine. he likes participation. 2 papers. pretty flexible with topics.

a really nice man, but you cannot understand one word coming out of his mouth! He breaks up the class well(2 1/2 hours) but honestly, he's just incomprehensible.talk lots and know what you're talking about, mediocre grader.
