Comment:

Professor Riley was the best professor at my one semester at RIC. She loves what she teaches and that really shows in her lessons. She makes everything easy to understand, and it very caring and sweet. Most of the homework is 1 page papers, and then a 2-3 page reaction paper at the end of every unit. I recommend taking her class for an easy A.

Comment:

Professor Riley is such a sweet woman. She gets so into the material it keeps you interested. I'm typically someone who could nap during a history class, but not while taking hers. Super easy assignments only 2 page maximum, a midterm (2 essays, 2 pages each) and a final exam. She is super understanding of life outside of school.

She is one of, if not the best teachers I have ever had. She is so enthusiastic and makes her lectures feel like a big story you would see in a movie. Her exams are easy as long as you listen in class. Didn't mind 8 am either. She is such a nice lady and if you have to take a history class there is no other choice, shes the best.

Ann Riley is a FABULOUS teacher. She is the best professor I have ever had, and she is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Her class goes the full length but she makes the lectures not boring. I absolutely love her as a professor and I wish I could take another class from her!

Professor Riley is the best professor at RIC. I was happy to go to her 8ams, thats how good she is. Easy A as long as you put in your effort. You'll love history after taking her. Exams are common sense. She tells you what to write for your essays and allows you to re-write the essays after shes done correcting it. Take her, you won't regret it.

Literally the sweetest lady I've ever met. Homework writing a paragraph about a chapter. 2 informal papers that are 2 pages. 2 formal papers which are 5-6 pages (one of which you can rewrite for a better grade). Exams are 5 defintions of people or things (one paragraph each) and 2 essay questions (2 paragraphs each). Take her.

Professor Riley is wonderful. She is thorough and repeats, which helped me. I started to like History after her class. She was a fair grader and let me fix my papers for a better grade. Very good, and totally recommended.

If you do not pass this class then it is your own fault. She gives you everything you need to pass, whether she's letting you redo papers, turn in homework late, or giving you the exact test to study from and find the answers before you actually take it. She is also super sweet and very understanding. I cannot reccomend taking her class enough!

She is amazing. If you get anything less than an A in this class, it's your own fault. She will fix your papers for you before they're due to almost ensure you get an A. Before exams, she will give you the exact exam so you know what you're doing on the exam. As long as you try, you'll get an A. She's awesome, take her if you can.

I hate history and I've never done well until I took her class. She's clear and she knows what she's talking about. Very helpful, responds to emails quickly, and makes it fun and easy! Take her!!

I despise history but Prof. Riley made it very interesting and easy to understand. Very helpful and always there when you need her. Best professor I have had at RIC.
