Her Effective Speaking class was horrible. Yes, she is a nice lady, but she does not grade you on how you deliver your speech. She only grades you on your grammar and punctuation in your written portion of the speech. I hate how she grades, but it is an easy course as long as you know proper grammar and punctuation.

Awful teacher. Very unclear. Gives directions for assignments, and when you follow those, she claims to have given different directions. Don't bother with her, she has no idea what a teacher should be.

EASY <- powerpoint every class, take notes and you will do fine!! She gives you an outline of how you should write your speech, all you do is fill in the blanks. always get out 15 minutes early at least, sometimes earlier. I've talked to other communications classes and this is much, much less work.

How is the hell do u give a test on speaking? I hated this class. She wants you to fail. You have to write an rewrite drafts and outlines and they have to follow the book, if not she will not accept it or give u some inane grade she pulled out of her a^^. I did not like the class...she made me want to be mute for the rest of my life.

she is a ****ing stickler for her own set of rules. make sure you always quote everything and site everything even if it's your own ****ing words or she'll accuse you of plagiarism. she's a **** and she's even worse when you have her for an 8AM. i would HIGHLY suggest NOT taking this class EVER!
