I have Dr. Plum this semester for ENG100 and it is awful. The first 30 minutes of class we don't discuss about what class will be about. Instead we talk about other problems like politics, Kim K's robbery, Olympics, and other random stuff. I still do my work and follow the rubric but still gives me a C. She is hard to figure out.

Plum means well. That being said, i hated taking her classes. You learn nothing and she gives a pop quiz all the time about a chapter she didn't even tell you to read because she was too busy talking about herself. Sit in the back and work on other classes. She strictly takes attendance, miss more than three and your grade is lowered.

She is an awesome old lady but as a professor she gets very side tracked in the classroom. Her class was a blast but reading and writing the articles is all on your own. Although she is eager to help if you come to her. Very easy course.

Ms. Plum is awesome. Great person and teacher. She may get sidetracked but at the end of the semester you have learned a lot more about the world. She is simply a charming, funny, sweet lady who deserves respect. I certainly advise taking any class she teaches.

I missed more than 3 classes and still got an A. Very understanding professor, loves to be your buddy. In class didn't talk much about what we were supposed to but still learned some interesting things. Its a gen ed course for comm majors, and its an easy way to get an A.

Dr. Plum gets sidetracked way too easily- I think she has ADD. She talks about herself a lot and has her "favorites" in class...which gets annoying really fast. She expects you to be prepared for tests when she NEVER teaches you anything in class. If you miss more than 3 days in her class, be prepared to have your grade lowered a letter.

I absolutely hated this class. I never knew what was going on, because we never went over the things that were on the test and never got a syllabus. She tends to ramble over meaningless stuff. Sure the class is an easy A, but it is a waste of your money and a major waste of time. You do nothing, and learn nothing.

Professor Plum is great. Whatever those weirdos below me said about her is wrong. She does NOT go off subject. She is teaching the class about media literacy. She talks about pop culture which REFERS to that field of study! How is that "off subject"? She is funny. Just participate in class discussion -- it's kind of hard not to.

Possibly THE most boring class I have ever been a part of. I couldn't stand it. I had to drop a few weeks into it because it made me want to claw my eyes out.
