HORRIBLE! Taught the entire course at his own level, which is high. He expected all of his students to be on that same level. Quite often during his lectures, he would start mumbling and confuse the whole class. Had to teach myself the entire course because of his ridiculous teaching style. Would not recommend unless you are able to teach yourself.

Comment:

Because Dr. Corwin has had a lot of practice doing modular arithmetic, he often spits out the answers to non-obvious problems on the board, due to memorization of said operation. This can be confusing. Otherwise, Dr. Corwin is an excellent lecturer and program grader.

very smart guy. he's been teaching for a long time, and is very good at what he does. He has always been very fair with me, and was always willing to help outside class. His classes are not "easy A's", you are going to have to work for it, but it will be worth it. If you truly like math and computer science you cant go wrong with a Corwin class

Analysis is definetly a different type of CS class. I would said it is quite a challenge and that is due to the material. If you every have questions just ask. Be prepared for the tests because Corwin is unique in what he is asking.

Doesn't effectivly teach, he talks to us like we're his fellow professor buddy.
