The material is extremely esoteric. 2/3 of the textbooks are written by the professor and cover some extremely extrapolated philosophy. The reading is dense and verbose. Take a different class by a different professor.

Assigns his own books as course texts. They are incredibly dense and verbose and take going over many times to glean meaning. The only reading from a different author was in the form of an intro Critical Race Theory book which we read all 180 pages of in a week with no discussion post needed for the week.

The worst teacher on earth. I learned nothing from the course. During lecture, he just talks to himself, very quiet and not clear what he is saying. Class was super boring, he is very old-fashioned, everyone in class was either on their phone or sleeping. Tests were essay format and hardest thing ever done. I regret taking this class.

I will admit, I was nervous about this class. This is a very distinguished professor. This turned out to be my favorite class this summer. He is a great teacher, gives very good feedback & is sincere. There is a lot of reading, so pace yourself. Cramming will hurt you. If you do all the assignments, you should do well.

This professor is not easy, but he is fair. He expects you to think like an academic. If you are a slacker, he is not for you because you have to come to class and you have to pay attention. He wants us to be scholars.

He's the author of the book, reads straight from the book during his lecture, endlessly I might add. He uses language nobody understands and does not clarify. I still have no clue what "inevitable epistemology" or "contingent universalities are and my midterm is tomorrow. Does in-text citations of himself several times per page. WHO DOES THAT?!

The worst class ever! No one understand the material. The lectures are dry , long, and boring. People fall asleep or are on their laptops. Not lenient at all. Uses language no one understands. Tons of irrelevant material. You will not learn anything in this class, however, there is a good chance to lower your GPA.

Recently completed this 6 week course online. There are 3 texts, one he authored. You need to rent/buy to survive-lots of reading! Syllabus is clear and concise and Prof. M is very fair-minded. He cut us some slack at midterm and final w/optional extra credit. No idea why so many people warned me not to take a course w/him-TOTAL NONSENSE! TAKE HIM!

Dr. Milovanovic is outstanding. You are getting your money's worth in any of his courses because they are all challenging. Classes start with the most abstract of ideas and topics, which he builds upon throughout the course until the very end and you see the big picture. He is hard but its for your own good. Stop being lazy NEIU students

Great professor. Dr M is very smart and is active in his field. His classes are mandatory and so is the book. He is fair and provides extra credit. He is willing to work with you in this "new" subject of study. He is very strict to the syllabus. I would take him again.

Definitely a challenging Professor. If I have no choice in taking him, then I will do so, but other than that, uh no!!!! If you don't take notes in classes, better yet, take good notes, this class will definitely be a challenge to you. What I don't like is that he doesn't take a time out to get to know the students names. He talks and talks!!!!!!

The problem is that he teaches the material from the books that are not assigned for the class, which makes it a big problem for the students. The only way to keep up with that is to take very good notes which a lot of student do not. He talks too fast and his teaching is very complex and unclear. I will not be taking him again unless I have to.

Dragan knows his stuff. Yeah he is a little boring because he keeps talking and talking but you will learn from him if you manage not to fall a sleep in the class. Only midterm and final + extra credit. Gives midterm and final exam questions ahead of time and lets as use a flashcard for the test. Will take him again.
