I've struggled with it my entire life but Mr. Marks helped changed that by being patient, kind and creating an environment that was fun and stress free. I like that he doesn't call students to the board or single individualizes out and that he has a way of knowing when we've all got it or are in need a little more explaining. He's just awesome.
