Ms. Jones is not a good professor at all!!! She says she want to see all her students be successful and pass but she literally makes it impossible to do by not giving a crap about what you are learning. Loves to make dumb sarcastic comments ans thinks she still looks good on tight dresses. yeah she has a beer belly and is 65 so.

Great Teacher over all, easy to get along with. Be sure to know all your terms and definitions. Also, if your a history buff, this is a great class and professor for you because she includes a lot of history into her lectures. For brownie points: talk about The Beatles.

Comment:

Her teaching ability is for thoses of the intermediate level. She helps improve all quality and aspects of playing and performing. ie Sight reading, basics dynamic markings, hannon exercises, and performance methods. She has a great bit of worldly view and will guide you in the direction you need to go. Give her your best and she will do the same!

Fayette Jones is not a professor for serious piano aspirants. She is much more suited to teaching beginning children than college level adults. Although she is a good sight reader, she does not have adequate concert piano technique and prefers to stay in her comfort zone of repertoire.

She way too through!!! You have to take a lot of notes, but she will tell you what is going to be on the test. As long as you take good notes and study them she's easy. I got an A in her class. Her lectures are VERY BORING THOUGH. The challenge is to stay awake in her class to take the notes.

Mrs.Jones(Mr.Jones' wife) is not nice at all. She's pretentious at best, and God help you if you ever miss a lesson or recital class. Since Mr. Jones is over the Music Dept, he keeps her in check. Compain to him and you won't have another problem with her
