Prof. Pokorny's class is easy and has a very light load of work. Not only is the work simple and straight forward, the material is so interesting to learn. Definitely was an easy A, and there were extra credit opportunities as well. She is super kind and helps students as best as she can. Definitely recommended to take.

She is an amazing professor , I absolutely love her ! Shes so funny and teaches so well ! She very interactive with her students which engages us to learn . Super easy class ! I would take her again if I could !

She's an amazing professor :)! I had her for human sexuality and she explained everything well and it wasn't uncomfortable at all. She has really cool guest speakers come to class and teach sometimes. Very little homework, and provides helpful study guides for her exams. She also gives the opportunity for 20 points of extra credit.

Grace is a great professor, her lectures make sense and she know how to explains very well unlike other professor who just reads off the slides. She is very informative study extra hard on her exams, its pretty difficult sometimes.

Grace is wonderful. Shes extremely passionate about what she does. She explains thing so easy! Her lectures are amazing, but her exams are quite hard, but bearable. She makes health so interesting! Take her.

Amazing professor, I took her online HELD 3 class in summer and was super easy. Obviously there is a lot of work but it's all manageable and easy. You just have to do the work and make sure you stay on top of it. Highly recommend her.

Professor Pokorny is awesome. She's there for you, if you need her. She is also very informative and definitely knows what she is talking about. Her office hours are clear, and she will be there for you as a teacher if you're there for her as a student.

Lectures arent made to entertain, but had good illustrations and videos to help understand the subject. I learned a lot from this class that I can use for life. Not many homework assignments. Quizzes and tests are based on lectures and reading text. Two types of extra credit offered, very easy extra points. She has a friendly demeanor & helpful.

I love Professor Pokorny!!! This was one of my favorite classes. HELD10 is a very informative, eye-opening and interesting class. Pokorny is very kind and knowledable. I took both of her classes HLED 3 and 10. She is a nice lady and wants to educate us about health. Of course it is something we are familiar with but she wants us to take it seriously and what we can better ourselves. Of course this class is t of our generals, but she educates us through her experiences and she had a guest speaker which helps a lot

Very inspirational, Helpful toward students. Informative. Writing journal is a must but very easy. Supportive when asked for help. I'm glad there's teachers that care for their students. Very funny, but with a maternal instinct. Will grade you on your determination as a student. What you put in is what you get. I highly recommend this class.

She is sweet and funny! Lectures won't be long for you if, you are interested on the topic. Sometimes ends class super early but is open to help student after class. Also has guest speakers to talk about every interesting topics! Motivates you to lead a healthier life :)

Pokorny's health 3 class is so easy. i barely showed up once, didn't do well on the test or quizzes (C' D's F's) but i got A's on all my homework (which are really easy worksheets) and i did all the extra credit AND I STILL GOT A B+

This professor is amazing at teaching this subject. She is very clear and willing to answer any questions. She doesn't make the class go all the way through, but she doesn't rush through the lectures either. You MUST be willing to work in groups. 6 assignmens, 3 exams (including final) & quizez.
